Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
