Responsibilities

Drafting formal administrative HR documentation
Auditing FLSA time tracking and hourly attendance records
Managing payroll in ADP / Paychex

Requirements

Service tenure and pension/401(k) vesting calculation experience
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
Personnel file compliance and digital document records experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
