Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
