Responsibilities

Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
Liaising with government labor agencies and social security offices
Administering medical leave and return-to-work protocols
Tracking employee tenure and vesting schedules
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Drafting official HR notices and corporate resolutions
Experience with federal and state social insurance reporting (SSA/IRS)
Personnel file compliance and digital document records experience
Keen attention to detail
