Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Liaising with government labor agencies and social security offices

Requirements

Administering time and attendance tracking systems
Experience with federal and state social insurance reporting (SSA/IRS)
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Service tenure and pension/401(k) vesting calculation experience
Experience with payroll software (ADP / Paychex)
Keen attention to detail
