Responsibilities

Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
