Leveraging national job boards for candidate sourcing
Drafting and extending formal job offer letters
Preparing weekly recruiting funnel reports

Requirements

Experience utilizing major job boards (Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter)
Experience with collaborative recruiting software
Conducting insightful exit interviews
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
