Responsibilities

Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
