Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
