Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
