Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
