Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
