Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
