Responsibilities

Conducting skills training workshops
Authoring e-learning courses and modules
Configuring courses and certifications in enterprise LMS
Delivering adult professional education programs
Facilitating corporate learning seminars
Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops

Requirements

Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
Staff training and development experience
Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Creativity
