Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests
Maintaining confidential personnel records in compliance with laws

Requirements

Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Labor relations and collective bargaining agreement experience
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Personnel file compliance and digital document records experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
