Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
