Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
