Responsibilities

Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
