Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
