Responsibilities

Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
