Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
