Responsibilities

Managing payroll in ADP / Paychex
Managing digital HR documentation workflows
Maintaining confidential personnel records in compliance with laws

Requirements

Labor relations and collective bargaining agreement experience
Administering time and attendance tracking systems
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
High reliability, dependability, and punctuality
