Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
