Operating talent assessment and development centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
