Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
