Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
