Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
