Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
