Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
