Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Drafting formal administrative HR documentation
Liaising with government labor agencies and social security offices
Administering medical leave and return-to-work protocols

Requirements

HR administration and personnel operations experience
Labor relations and collective bargaining agreement experience
Administering time and attendance tracking systems
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
