Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
