Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
