Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
