Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
