Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
HR process automation and tool integration experience
