Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
