Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Drafting formal administrative HR documentation
Administering medical leave and return-to-work protocols
Tracking employee tenure and vesting schedules
Managing digital HR documentation workflows
Maintaining confidential personnel records in compliance with laws

Requirements

PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Service tenure and pension/401(k) vesting calculation experience
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
