Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
