Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
