Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
