Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
HR process automation and tool integration experience
