Responsibilities

Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
Auditing FLSA time tracking and hourly attendance records
Tracking employee tenure and vesting schedules
Managing digital HR documentation workflows
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with payroll software (ADP / Paychex)
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
High reliability, dependability, and punctuality
