Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
