Responsibilities

Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
