Responsibilities

Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
