Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Auditing FLSA time tracking and hourly attendance records
Managing payroll in ADP / Paychex

Requirements

Drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and non-disclosures
Drafting official HR notices and corporate resolutions
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Service tenure and pension/401(k) vesting calculation experience
