Responsibilities

Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
