Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
