Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests
Managing payroll in ADP / Paychex
Maintaining confidential personnel records in compliance with laws

Requirements

Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
Keen attention to detail
