Responsibilities

Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
